Accreditation Management

  1. The system can maintain all accrediting organization’s standards and requirements (with 22 accrediting organizations listed). Work orders can be connected to this EOP linking the completed work order directly to the EOP and/or direct upload of files to the EOP showing compliance for frequency requirements.

  4. The user can configure LS & EOC Survey Checklists and many more functions for your mock surveys and Accreditation surveys which streamlines and pulls all documents to the form. This allows the user to filter out only the reports that the surveyor may want to see.

  6. FA testing requirements, etc.

Asset Inventory

Our Asset Inventory system is simple and allows the user to add or replace inventory individually, or for implementation, we can do a mass upload for each facility.

Capital Planning

We have automated the capital planning process allowing the system to provide 1-year through 5-year capital plans.

Asset Condition Assessment

All inventory has a dedicated risk analysis capturing:

  • Useful Service Life (USL),
  • Facility Cost Index # (FCI#),
  • Mission Critical Rating,
  • Equipment Management Number (EM#),
  • Equipment Management Rating Score (EMR),
  • Adjusted Equipment Management Rating Score (EMRS).
  • These scores and ratings follow industry standards like ASHE and the WHO guidelines.

Construction Management

Transcend PM (large capital construction projects) has many moving parts, but the basic scope, schedule, and budget (to include invoices) are all pulled to Transcend HC providing a single platform for the facility leaders to see the current status of all projects regardless of which team is managing them.

 

Transcend PM utilizes the work order project management process where the nexus documents (RFI’s and Owner Field Directives) are verified for accuracy and then can be turned into a work order providing the direction to perform the work and capturing costs or credits ensuring contractor accountability. Completed work orders can be consolidated into an official change order memorializing the cost officially following AIA documents

We have an FTP for dropping in Plans, Policies, Procedures and miscellaneous documents to utilize throughout the program.

Emergency Management

We have a full emergency management module taking the user through the process workflow, mitigate, prepare, respond, recover, and resources.

Emergency Notices

  1. We have an FTP for dropping in Plans, Policies, Procedures and miscellaneous documents available throughout the program.
  2. On-demand assessments reporting power outages, water service interruptions and many more are captured and reported to the Dashboard for high visibility.

Findings

Findings are based on regulatory requirements. A configurable action plan can be created to meet your organizations’ action plan requirements in the admin section for findings.

Huddle

This module was based on the success that Intermountain Health had communicating across their large system. Huddle meetings report issues up and solutions are reported down. At any time, the top leaders and all leaders, can see what issues arose and what the leader who provided the solution directed them to do. Full team transparency and resolution are thereby preserved.

Projects

The projects module allows for identifying the project team and the scope, schedule, budget of a project. As mentioned earlier, the construction project management system Transcend PM is integrated into this module, but you can also do small project management here. Transcend PM has been utilized on thousands of projects ranging from small $5,000 projects to massive Billion dollar campuses with more than a dozen permits for a single project.

Rounds/Assessments

This module allows the user to provide and perform on-demand assessments for unscheduled events. We have also included a scheduled rounds module that can take on unlimited users’ comments at the same time allowing the user to not miss anyone’s input. After this, the rounding leader can edit the findings/notes and publish the rounding report. If there are any follow-up items, a work order can be created allowing for follow up and closeout.

TRACERS:

We have a “TRACERS” module and a compliance log for the TRACER activity.

Work Orders

  1. Demand Maintenance (DM) work orders: Biomed and Facility Maintenance work orders are captured in the system and have priorities and balance off of the PM’s to ensure that the higher priority of both are considered when automatically organizing them in the “to-do” page.
  2. Preventative Maintenance (PM) work orders: These may be tied to the accreditation requirements and will automatically schedule themselves based on a baseline date and frequency. We can set up multiple frequencies for a single inventory item.
  3. Maintenance Shifts: This allows you to define the specific shifts and the specific FTE who is on each shift. This can be tied to UltiPro to streamline the process and the time in and out logging reducing the disparity between the FTE’s paid hours and the amount of productive time provided.
  4. Maintenance Shift Calendar: shows which crews and which associates are on each shift.
